Downtown Pasadena, California Hotel
Consisting of more than 300 units, garage parking, full service restaurant, lounge, indoor - outdoor pool, and a remarkable courtyard surrounded by beautiful landscaping.

This project involved a lot of compliance measures to make sure we followed the Downtown building standards adequately. This project had it's challenges building on a zero lot however, it was successfully completed on time and within budget. This is a great example of delivering on our promise of quality work while ensuring absolute client satisfaction.

While working on this project, we were very poignant about the materials and footprint of our work. We worked together with the client in order to manage their expectations and deliver the kind of results they desired. At New Castle Group, our goal is to bring our client's vision to life while working with them every step of the way. This project consisted of four hundred units with tuck under garages, a large clubhouse, pool & spa.

Parkfield Apartments was a fourteen building project with more than four hundred units. A large clubhouse / leasing office, three season pool, hot tub, dog park, dog wash, bicycle shop, playground, and garages.
